The main challenge that a teacher encounters in managing large classes is a limited possibility to give individual attention to students. In order to manage this challenge, a teacher should divide students into small groups, visit each group, give comments and recommendations when needed. Another challenge is the restricted monitoring of students’ learning. The best way to monitor the student's knowledge and ability to complete a particular task is testing.
