Ms dlamini is the owner of a nursery school that has 40 children from 2 to 6 years. The children are grouped into two classes, I. e. 2 to 4 years and 4 to 6 years. But during story time all the children are grouped together. Ms dlamini ask the assistant to take any book from the book corner and read the story to the group of children. Story time is usually struggle as the children never pay attention and are always disruptive.
1.suggest possible reasons for the children s lack of attention and disruptiveness.

The children between 2-4 years are taught differently as compared to those of between 4-6 years. Whereas those between 2-4 years do not know how to read or understand things with ease, those between 4-6 years can talk and understand what is being read. The mode of teaching is different for both age groups and, hence, the lack of attention and disruptiveness.
