In development economics the roles for growth involves questions about nature of virtue,goodness and duty.The following are the roles;

• Job development - economic development makes citizens to earn better salaries and some benefits which enables advancement in areas like good infrastructure etc.
• Business growth - business succeeds when their is community participation and supports and this is for those people who are living in urban centers thus makes rise in the development economy.
• Improved living standards - the more people are taxed the more living standard of the residents in the region would have good life since they generate revenue for their development.
