The problem statement: The aim of this research is to reveal why the company have recently observed a sudden decrease in sales. It has been widely accepted that due to Covid-19 purchasing power of consumer has been declined. On the otherhand in this situation our sales people avoid roaming around. The sudden decrease in number of hours work and alternate shifts due to Covid-19 SOPs also resulted in a low profit margin.

All these are apparent causes. But my investigation is saying that during the sudden outbreak of Covid-19 the shape of our economy has changed for the time being. Many people have lost their job during the time of lockdown. Earlier these people used to purchase our beverage. Now as many of them has lost their jobs so they have been forced to change their lifestyle. As a result our market size has shrinked. Also our sales people aren't allowed to move freely like previous days, so they too are facing problem regarding identifying a potential market. All these have critically contributed in the decline of our sales figure.
