Both the interim and final Constitution give effect to the right to protest. 1) Is there an express constitutional provision that gives effect to this right? 2) Outline which of the relevant sections of the Constitution will be applicable in this case. 3) What is the purpose of the Regulation of Gatherings Act 205 od 1996 in upholding the right to protest?
