For instance, average yearly per capita income in Dhavari is 500 to 2000 USD, while in Mumbai that value is 2170 USD, which is a bit higher. The community of Dhavari is supplied with portable water and has its own wells, gas is supplied mainly in liquid petroleum gas cylinders, while in Mumbai it is done by pipelines and cylinders. Average crime rate in Mumbai is about the same as in Dhavari, where it decreased since 1980s because of the airport and subway.

Therefore, we can say that quality of life in Dharavi is typical for residents of Mumbai.

No offence in what I am about to say. You have given a good reason for why quality life in Dharavi is typical for residents of Mumbai, however I asked to assess the statement meaning you had to give an against argument not just a for argument.
