Describe and apply the following theoretical explanations
Sociologists are seen to study social interactions, patterns and social events then develop theories to help interpret the ways things work. Through these theories, these sociologists seek to interpret certain social phenomena. Some of the sociological theories include the conflict theory that focuses on ways in which conflicts result in social differences and contribute to differences in terms of power. Another theory is structural Functionalism which involves the way every society part works together to contribute to the whole. The theory of Symbolic Interactionism focuses on the one to one interactions as well as communications.
