Experimenters measure different degrees while it comes to racial discrimination. Sampling either through purposive or quota sampling measures of discrimination starts with verbal critics, which would constitute discrimination. For example, when negative individual comments impact the hostile learning environment. Negative evaluations will lead to discrimination in higher learning institutions.
While applying the methods practically, let say I am interested in studying a population of 30% of blacks and 70% of Whites. I need a size of 100 for the sample and the collection will never end unless the target is met before ending. At the same time if the real number of either Blacks or Whites is gotten, say 30 Blacks, the selection of the Whites has to go on in the same process, besides when a black appears, he or she will not be selected due to completion.
