The professional code of ethics helps ensure that the employees have conducted themselves in a socially respectful and acceptable way. Therefore, it helps establish the behavior rules, thus sending a message to individuals concerning universal compliance expectations. however, some of the roles of professional's codes of ethics include:

First, they help in enhancing guidance and increased inspiration. This is because they enhance the provision of a positive stimulus, which enhances ethical conduct, thus being much more helpful in offering advice and guidance regarding the various obligations concerning the group members on which it applies. For example, giving the workers inspiration or guidance will increase their motivation, making them work hard, thus increasing the quality and quantity. The Second role is, t offers support. This is because the code of conduct helps in giving positive support to the ethical worker. This, therefore, helps in providing group-level cooperation, thus enhancing the working moral issues (Schwimmer & Maxwell, 2017). For example, suppose the managers offer total support to everyone equally in a company with many workers. In that case, there will be increased moral uprightness and ethical working, enhancing the better working condition for all. The third role is that the codes of ethics enhance mutual understanding. This is because it enhances workers' education in the various organizations, which helps raise their level of understanding, thus improving the workers working conditions.
