Calculate the number of nodes by the relation as follows:

N=L/d+1

Here, L is the length of string and d is the distance between two nodes.

Substitute 2m = 200cm for L and 25 cm for d.

N=(200 cm)/(25 cm)+1

N=9

b. Calculate the number of antinodes by the relation as follows:

A=L/d

Here, L is the length of string and d is the distance between two nodes

Substitute 2m = 200cm for L and 25 cm for d.

A=(200 cm)/(25 cm)

A=8
