I have a beach toy cylinder that is 39" tall and 45" in DIA. It has the buoyancy potential to keep 2078lbs afloat (or 58lbs/cubic foot). If this cylinder were completely submerged and anchored down in water, what would the potential, stored, and knetic energy value be once the cylinder was released from the anchor.
