Luisa is presenting her final report on the project that she has led to her manager, Ted. The project was a success, and Luisa is enthusiastic about the contributions of her team members.

Ted is not accepting Luisa’s positive views. He criticizes her management of the project, and of the team. He claims that he had to rescue the project himself because Luisa “dropped the ball” so often.
