There are 365 days in the non-leap year.
a) There are 12 month and 10th in each of them.
Thus the probability to being born on the 10th of a month in a non-leap year would be
P = 12/365;
b) on Christmas day (1 day):
P = 1/365;
c) there is no 29th February in 3 non-leap years and 1 day in the leap year.
The total number of days: 3*365 + 366 = 1461;
The probability is
P = 1/1461.
