Can the circle touch the line at two points? Explain your answer.

No, it can’t. Supposedly, there are two different tangent points of the circle and the straight line. In this case there are two different points, where the radius of the circle is perpendicular to the tangent. So there are two radiuses parallel to each other. There are two non-intersecting radiuses in the circle. But it’s impossible because all radiuses intersect in the center of the circle.
