If x is an element of R (real numbers) such |x+3|<2, then x>-5. TRUE or FALSE?I know that the solution set is (-5-5)? I mean it is true that all the elements of the solution set is greater than -5. What i mean to say is if it is okay to just say x>-5. Thanks for your answers. :D

|x+3|<2 ==> -2 < x+3 < 2 ==> -5 < x < -1.

So, it's true that x > -5. But in fact, xє(-5;-1).
