Intelligence: The student would have to understand the main objective, which is to work while still performing well in class. For this to happen he/she would have to identify the problems, which are likely to make him fail or not concentrate on his/her class work

Design: The student would have to come up with the best period to work during the day, which would not affect his/her school work. The time must be appropriate in a way that he/she gets time to study or rest before school work to avoid fatigue.

Choice: This includes the best solution to the problem that one is likely to face and the type of work one would choose to work for. The student will also have to come up with the best time plan for the objective to be effective.
