The organizations and companies worldwide become more technology-driven. It's a fact. A lot of businesses provide the technologies that replace the human labor. Still we can't not take into consideration the growing part of the market of services and communications where not technology, but human factor is essential. That's why, from my point of view, the management of the human resources will stay the most important for the organizations in the nearest future. One more important argument for this opinion is that HR management that is connected with the development of the personnel and bringing high-quality professionals to the company or organization leads to the creation of new ways of doing the business, innovations, etc. From this point of view, human factor can not be even compared to the technological facilities of the organization.
