Hope you are doing fine. I just wanted to inform you that the hand bag you bought from the company cannot be exchanged likewise the company cannot refund you your money. This is according to the company rules and regulation that once a good is sold cannot be returned to the company or no refunding of the money. That's why each and every customer is given a booklet containing all the company rules to read and at the end sign that they have understood and agreed to the company rules.
