I hope you are more than being good, if i may asked what is the difference between management contracts and franchise? ( LOWER GRADE EXPLAINATION)

Management contracts do not require the manager to be the business owner, and he or she gets compensation and benefits upon agreement based on the service contract. Simultaneously, the franchise involves the franchisee owning the business and pays part of the profits since he or she is using the business’s property and model based on a license contract.
