The corporate strategy I will relate to the relevant reward strategies is the prospector strategy. The prospector strategy motivates the firm to come up with innovations and enhances further growth of the industry. Besides, the strategy also figures out the need to get a new market for the products, the creation of new opportunities, and as well as taking a risk to acquire more profit. In this case, this strategy works well for the company, and thus, it corresponds to the relevant reward strategies. The company feels motivated when innovations and its growth is focused, thus encouraging the policy of risk-taking. The reward strategies are meant to motivate and encourage the company to further improve on its production to satisfy its customers well; thus, prospector strategy enables the company into achieving the same.
