Strategic control, on one hand, is organization planned process is aimed at laying the foundation for effective implementation of the long-term strategic plan. Organization structure, on the other hand, is the approach that an organization has aligned its resources to deliver on predetermined goals. Strategic control is a subset of the strategic plan of the organization.
