Why was Hitler unsuccessful in his attempt to invade England?
Hitler ordered preparations to be done for an invasion of England, however, he did not have a full desire to invade a great seaborne landing.
England was not a sea power and the route had formidable obstacle.
Besides, he thought that this invasion would cause distraction.
Also, he believed that England had no space or raw materials needed for the new German Empire.
