A.     The trend of First Amendment cases and the Supreme court show that there were several number of rules between the years 2010 and 2011, but have been reducing since 2012.

B.     There are differences in number of rulings of First Amendment in the United States supreme make in different years. This is because there seems to be increasing number of rulings at the initial years and there are fluctuating number of years after 2012.

C.     The difference could be as a result of changing because the congress established its own interpretation of Bill of Rights in light of constitution amendments.

D.     The U.S. Supreme Court rulings on First Amendment reflect commitment on balancing order and liberty because it protected freedoms but at the same time trying to consider the order at the time.
