" But the fact is that what is usually regarded as the international, universalisable or globalisable rules of epistemic engagement are, ironically, the ones set up by the dominant culture. Or, more appropriately, the ones which a certain forerunning culture developed over time and now prescribes to the other trailing cultures as something that is universally granted." (Chimakonam,2017)

Global leaders should engage in confronting the underlying problem of injustice across the world. As Chimakonam explains, the world has reached a sensitive stage with a craving for advanced conversational mechanisms that mutually benefit the parties involved. In a way, dominant groups should refrain from the traditional habits of inducing and installing their criteria of doing things as the acceptable standard. To observe global justice world leaders, are confronted with the need to step up and neutralize the conversation about which way is the right way. While doing so, the leaders should focus on the primary goal of not only limiting the powers of the dominant group but also uplifting and promoting the abilities of the minority. Chimakonam argues that little focus should be put on the details of a proposed piece of law. Meanwhile, emphasis should lie on the mechanisms by which a certain proposition qualifies to become law.

Observing Chimakonam principles of relationship generates sound judgment on how humankind should relate in the ecosystem(Chimakoman,2017). Mere utterance, and any major to ignorable actions to suppress another human being in the name of superior culture is sign of insanity. Any two divergent cultures should have a common landing ground and a status quo on how to do things rightfully. Chimakonam honors Aristotle who is globally respected for pioneering the intellectual culture. Similarly, global leaders should embrace a similar strategy in achieving global justice. According to Chimakonam, it makes sense to have a conversational option where diverse ideas are reversed in a way that suits the affected individuals appropriately. (Chimakoman,2017).
