As per the given data:

Volume of saturated steam (V)=0.03 m3.

At pressure (P)=17 bar=1.7 MPa

From steam table,

The specific volume (Vg)=0.11667 m3/kg.

The specific Entalpy (hg)=2794.5kJ/kg

Therefore,

Mass of steam(M)= "\\frac {Volume of steam (V)}{Specific volume(Vg)}"

"M= \\frac {0.03}{0.1166}=0.257 kg"

Therefore , Enthalpy (H)=m hg=0.257x2794.5 kJ=718.75 KJ

Since steam is saturated, it doesn't contain any liquid phase, therefore it's dryness is 100% and it's quality (x)=1.
