The 3 groups of stakeholders are:
1) The Investors - The people who have invested money into the venture. They would want their money safe and some return on their investment.
2) The employee's - These people want security of employment, and to be paid. 3) The customer - These people are the life blood of any company. They want good service, and hopefully will be repeat customers, to enable the company to survive.
There are also the suppliers of goods to the company, in fact any person or entity that has any exposure to a company can be called a stakeholder, and that includes the people who live or operate in close physical proximity to the company.
