Please explain what is the chemical reactions and its principles and also explain why the diluted juice (water + calamansi (it is a citrus fruit here in the Philippines, it's like a lime but circle in shape and smaller) changed in color (from pale yellow it turns into dark orange) when the supernatant (water + steel scrubber (The liquid turns into darker shade due to rust) was mixed with the diluted juice.
