We know that 1 mole of any substance contains exactly 22.7 liter of the volume at STP ( standard temperature and pressure) .

Therefore , volume = no. Of moles × 22.7L

43.6 L = no. of moles × 22.7L

no. Of moles = 1.92 moles

We know that 1 mole of any substance contains exactly the 6.022×1023 molecules

Therefore,

Molecules = no. Of moles × 6.022×1023

Molecules = 1.92×6.022×1023

Molecules = 11.56×1023 CH4 Molecules
