II) semi permeability means that a substance (especially in form of a membrane) is only permeable to some specific molecules and not permeable to some.

III) A permeable allows the passage of molecules while a non permeable membrane does not allow it.

IV) Permeability is determined by the intermolecular force of attraction between the solute molecules and the solvent particles.
