Î”G = 30 kJ/mol + 8.314 Ã— 10-3 kJ/molÂ·K Ã— 310.15 K Ã— ln(7.8 mM / 0.3 mM Ã— 0.3 mM) = 30 kJ/mol + 8.314 Ã— 10-3 kJ/molÂ·K Ã— 310.15 K Ã— 4.462 = 30 kJ/mol + 11.5 kJ/mol = 41.5 kJ/mol
