MHC haplotype antigens of H-2b mouse are H-2Kb, H-2Db, H-2Lb, which comprise classical MHC class I, andI-Ab, I-Eb, which comprise classical MHC class II.
All nucleated cells (cells that have nucleus)carry classical MHC I molecules, antigen-presenting cells carry both MHC I and II molecules. Liver cells are nucleated but they are not antigen-presenting cells, while dendritic cells are.
F1 progeny will express molecules of H-2b haplotype, liver cells will express MHC I molecules, and dendritic cells will express MHC I and II.
