Is there any difference between two daughter amoebae ? after binary fission , in structure , in size , in shape ?? or even may not they have different electric charge on the surface of their cell membrane?

After binary fission two daughter amoebae have identical genotypes. However, due to the approximate distribution of cell organelles, and the area of plasma membrane daughter amoebae may have a different shape, and even some difference in charge on the membrane surface.
