Phenotype of mother:HLA-A2,32; B13,35 : What genotypes and haplotypes does she

Phenotype of child: HLA-A1,32; B8,35 :What genotypes and haplotypes does the child

Phenotype of marked man: HLA-A2; B7,13 :What genotypes and haplotypes does he have?
Can he be the biological father of the child?
Expert's answer

1. Mother:

genotype - A2, A32, B13, B35;

haplotype - A2/B13 and A32/B35;

2. Child:

genotype - A1, A32, B8, B35;

haplotype - A1/B8 and A32/B35;

3. Marked man:

genotype - A2, B7, B13;

haplotype - A2/B7 and A2/B13.

The child inherited one mother's haplotype (A32/B35) as this haplotype can be found in both the mother and the child. However, haplotypes of the marked man do not match haplotypes of the child demonstrating that the man is not the biological father of the child.
