If the frequency of allele q = 0.3, frequency of allele p = 1 - 0.3 = 0.7.

There are three possible genotypes. Their frequencies are:

qq = q2 = 0.09

pp = p2 = 0.49

2pq = 0.42

As a result, genotype pp (0.49) is the most common, while genotype qq (0.09) is at least frequent.
