How can we see the DNA in a cell
The easiest and the cheapest way to see the DNA is toperform a light microscopy. Via this method it is possible to see chromatin - acomplex of DNA, RNA and nucleoproteins. DNA is most clearly observed in the metaphase stage, when genetic material is placed most separately.
