Question

I am doing an assignment on visual basic express 2010 and i have to make a liquid crystal display with the numbers 00 through to 20. I am having a problem with the program when i get to the number 10 where some of the labels (used for the parts of the numbers) are missing and when i get to 11 and try to go back down the first 1 from 11 stays and any number below 10 becomes 19-11.
Please help
