Emulsion. This is a freely-disperse systems, in which thedispersion medium and the dispersed phase are liquids. Forming an emulsion fluids immiscible or partially mixed. The liquid, a dispersed phase is dispersed in the form of droplets in the size from 10 nm to visible with the naked eye. One of the fluids forming the emulsion is polar, the other - non-polar and it’s called oil.
