With the circuit description from the reference to the chapter 13 (page 1179-1182) in [Adel S. Sedra, and Kenneth C. Smith, Microelectronic Circuits, Oxford University Press, 5th Ed. 2004],

1) Calculate the DC bias voltages at the collector, emitter, and base of the BC547.
2) Calculate suitable values of Cx to give open-loop gain A (beta) =1.2 at 1.15 MHz i.e. a 20% gain margin to ensure oscillation. Remember to take into account the effect of the capacitive loading of the CRO probe and CRO in your calculations (adds approx. 100 pF to the value of C2 in the circuit.).
