One person has a comparative advantage over another person if the first person’s
opportunity cost of performing a task is lower than the other person's
opportunity cost of performing the same task. Having a comparative advantage is
not the same as being the best at something. In fact, someone can be completely
unskilled at doing something, yet still have a comparative advantage at doing
it!
